Purpose

The purpose of the website is to provide information about CallSmarter, a B2B platform for outbound calls made by AI voice agents for businesses — including, among others, insurance brokers and telecommunications operators — and to allow interested companies to request a pilot programme through the “Request a pilot” form.

Access to the website is free of charge and confers user status, which implies acceptance of this legal notice. Customers’ use of the platform (app.callsmarter.ai) is governed by the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.

Conditions of use of the website

Users undertake to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this legal notice. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• use the website for unlawful purposes or activities, or for purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties;
• introduce viruses or malicious code, or carry out any action that may damage, disable, overload or impair the website or the systems supporting it, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent its security measures;
• access or attempt to access areas, systems or data not intended for the public without authorisation;
• extract content by automated means (robots, scraping or similar), except indexing by search engines in accordance with generally accepted standards;

CallSmarter may adopt appropriate technical measures (such as rate limiting of submissions or access blocking) to prevent misuse and reserves the right to take any legal action that may be appropriate.

Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual and industrial property rights in the website and its content — including the CallSmarter trade mark and trade name, logos, the Foxy character, texts, illustrations, graphic design, structure and source code — belong to CallSmarter or its licensors.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of CallSmarter is prohibited, except where permitted by law (including private copying and the right of quotation under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, the consolidated Intellectual Property Act).

The Bricolage Grotesque and Golos Text typefaces are third-party works used under the SIL Open Font License; the corresponding licence texts are published on the website together with the font files.
